I'm in Switzerland.

What's your background?

What currency is your store in?
All prices are in Swiss Francs (CHF) but you can convert them using the button at the bottom right of your screen.

When will my order get sent out?
It usually takes 2-5 days, if any delays occur I'll make sure to message you.

What shipping service do you use?
I send everything out using Swiss Post.

Can I track my order?
Yes you can! Once your order is sent out you'll receive an email confirmation with a tracking number that's linked to Swiss Post. Sometimes the tracking on Swiss Post will be slow to update, using an alternative website such as 17track  will help.

How long will my order take to arrive?
For Europe it usually takes 2-5 working days.
For the rest of the world it usually takes 5-20 days.

Can I get it quicker?
Sure you can! Contact me and I'll see what I can do, but the shipping cost will be higher. 

What is Route Package Protection?
